You will leave this class feeling energised and aligned. We recommend at least three Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab.

Giving your body that burn you crave! Focus on specific muscle groups and work them to fatigue to leave your body feeling fired up. This is a more intermediate reformer class with advanced options given throughout and limited stretching. Perfect when paired with our Restore Lab! We recommend at least three Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab.

Get Ready to JUMP! This is a cardio class all based around the JUMPBOARD on the Reformer. Benefits include increased stamina, muscle strength and tone. The class also helps in the rehabilitation process and improves motor coordination and balance. This is an advanced class so we recommend a good knowledge of the reformer machine. If you are new to Reformer Pilates participation in this class is at the instructor's discretion for health and safety reasons.

A super gooey stretch focused class. Expect calming music and delicious smells as we use the reformer to release and restore your mind and body as well as increase flexibility and mobility. A wonderful follow on from any workout or simply an easy way to destress and move your body after a long day!

Our mixed ability BARRE class uses a combination of your own body weight and high repetitions to target and exhaust all major muscle groups. Particular focus is given to working arms, thighs, seat and core. Expect some serious burning and shaking!

Manchester's only Infrared Mat Pilates classes! Suitable for all abilities. Our unique classes combine the benefits of traditional Pilates with the therapeutic effect of infrared heat, promoting enhanced flexibility, detoxification and muscle recovery. In mat Pilates classes you will use your own body weight to improve strength, balance, mobility and overall well-being. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.

Sound healing promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Using breath, vibrations, and frequencies from alchemy crystal sound bowls, chimes and other equipment, it can help you enter a restful, present state by lowering brain waves into theta, closely linked to the dream state. Sound therapy offers a gentle yet profound approach to addressing emotional undercurrents, providing a safe space for exploration, release, and integration. Sound penetrates deeply into our emotional body, allowing feelings to surface, be acknowledged, and transformed. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.

Our strength and mobility class focuses on strengthening the body's muscle fibres and stretching using both dynamic and static stretches to elongate and lengthen the muscles. With the added factor of infrared, this will promote enhanced flexibility and muscle recovery! Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.

This class uses classical and contemporary Pilates movements to focus on stretching and elongating all the muscle groups in the body using the infrared heat to help promote flexibility and aid in muscle recovery. We will be using a mix of dynamic and static stretches and a variety of props to help deepen our practice. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.

INFRARED YIN / YANG FLOW

This dynamic class combines the grounding, restorative qualities of Yin with energising flows to create Yang, all enhanced by the infrared heat to promote detoxification and deep muscle relaxation. Begin with slow, meditative stretches to center your mind and body, then transition into a flowing sequence to boost circulation and energy. Conclude with soothing poses to leave you feeling balanced and renewed. Ideal for resetting or as a compliment to other workouts. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.
