  • I am a beginner, what classes can I attend?

    If it’s a reformer Pilates class you want, we recommend beginners to book either a ‘Restore Lab’ or a ‘Reform Lab’, otherwise try our Mat Pilates classes.

  • What’s the difference between Reform Lab and Tone Lab?

    Reform Lab is our signature class. It is mixed ability and a full body flow. Get to know the reformer bed and build your confidence.

    Tone Lab is where we build that burn. We recommend doing at least 3 Reform Lab classes before joining Tone Lab. Here we focus on specific muscle groups and work them to leave you feeling fired up!

  • What is Restore Lab?

    Restore Lab is a super relaxing 30 minute stretch class. It’s great for beginners and also for anyone who wants to take some time to stretch everything out. A wonderful follow on from any workout!

  • How can I book?

    Book our classes by heading to our timetable link in bio or www.thehealthlabnq.com from here you can create a MindBody account and book single classes / class packages / memberships.

  • Do I need to be a member?

    Nope, our classes are open to everyone. However, memberships bring the overall cost of classes down, plus you get to join our monthly socials and become part of The Health Lab family!

  • What are your intro offers?

    Intro 2 Classes – Find which class you like best. Great for newbies - £30

    Intro Week – Unlimited classes for one week - £70

    Intro Month – Unlimited classes for one month - £165

  • Do you sell grip socks?

    Yes, we do!

    You can pick up socks in the studio before your class for £15 each.

    Grip socks are compulsory for all reformer Pilates classes.

  • Do you offer 1:1 classes?

  • Do you do corporate hire / classes?

    Oh yeah! If you want to get your team in for a group session or want to hire our space out for an event / work day, please enquire via email studio@thegreenlabnq.com. From here, we can present you with a quote

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking for a week in advance so you can plan your week out and secure your spot! You can book up to a maximum of 2 weeks in advance

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you can’t make it to class, you need to cancel with 24-hours’ notice. If not, it will be classed as a late cancellation, and you will still be charged (see late cancellation fees for more information).

  • Cancellation and no-show fee?

    If you don’t cancel with 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up to your class, you can incur a charge.

    No show - £15 charge.

    Late cancellation – you will forfeit the credit / class you booked. If you late cancel 3 times, you will also incur a £15 charge.

    We hope you understand that this is in your best interest. We want to make the most of our classes and ensure that people can secure places.

  • How does waitlist work?

    To avoid disappointment, please double check you aren’t on the waitlist. On the MindBody app, you can see where it would usually say book, it says waitlist. (If you book a waitlist class, you are not guaranteed a place and your credit will be refunded to your account if you don’t make it on to the class).

    If you book using MindBody directly through our website or online, you can see the waitlist symbol is a little bit less obvious – it is written under the class info. Again, if you book and don’t get a spot on the class, your credit / pass will be refunded to your account.

  • Do you have showers?

    Yes, we do!

    We have showers in both female and male changing rooms, kitted out with shampoo / conditioner / bodywash. Just don’t forget to bring your own towel.

  • WHERE CAN I PARK?

    We recommend the Piccadilly basin on dale street, the car park on Port Street and also the streets around; Port Street, Hilton street, Patron Street.
